Grown in The Sidoma region of Ethiopia, The region that some say grows the best coffee in the world. This coffee has a heavy body, Smooth chocolaty texture, and many wonderful and complex tasting notes of berries and spices.
We prefer to roast this coffee to a good light roast as it really brings out the smooth texture and the dried spice notes, with a bright citrusy finish.
